I have an 01 with some problem with the top operation. Using the key, top opened and closed without a problem. Top operation does not work when using rocker switch. Found out that fuse B7 is burned. Replaced the fused, and with engine off, top operation works. However, when I turned on the ignition, fuse burned. Question: would the durametric could tell me what is the problem. Indie shop is charging me $160 to diagnose the problem thanks

Not sure about the B7 fuse, but top operation that works by key but not by rocker points to the parking brake switch not showing as engaged IIRC. I also believe that Durametric will show the values of the required inputs as well to help t-shoot, but it's been a few months since I had to use mine for that.
