Gents, I have over 90k miles on my 2001 911 C2 6sp and was planning to knock out 100k mile maintenance. Visually, brake pads look ok for now. Pretty sure a fuel filter is needed but what else is typical?

Depends on what has been done but at this point I'd just go over everything. Doesn't mean replace everything but inspect and act accordingly. Water pump, low temp thermostat, belt and inspect pulleys, air and cabin filters, oil change depending where you are in your OCI, brake fluid, check all control arms and all other suspension bits. Plugs and coil packs if not done. Heck, bore scope if you're feeling frisky to get a baseline on where you are. The list goes on. It's a 20+ year old car now so stuff will wear based on time and mileage.

Thanks for the inputs, i've done most of the stuff listed above. New water pump with metal blades, new low temp thermostat, belts, air filters, oil changes (probably too frequent, 3k miles). Need to check brake fluid, coolant quality and suspension parts (bushings). Have received an excellent oil analysis report from Blackstone, so feel good about that.

Water pump with metal blades? A big no no. That is not an upgrade. Get a OE or Pierberg water pump with the composite impeller. A metal impeller blade, once it starts to get worn, will bore out your block making the whole engine block unusable.
