Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hello everyone. Just recently, Ive notice water leaking from some place above the drivers side footwell. The only time I have noticed it leaking is sometimes when the car is under heavy acceleration. Ive read through some other threads, and I think it may be ac condensation, but it is not coming from the same spot shown in those threads (I think). It is almost right above the gas pedal, and I think it is coming from the little nub in the plastic as shown in the video. Thanks

POST 2Original post

U need to search for a pic of the sunroof or cab drains for your car they r probably cloged. Also look under the panel left and right of the batery and make sure those drains r clear

POST 3Original post

While you're checking drains, check the a/c evaporator drain. Seen that one clogged and it leaks in the drivers footwell.

POST 4Original post

The plastic piece in the footwell in your video is part of the cabin heating vent. It's easily removable, and doing so might give you a better view of where the leak is coming from. As De Jeeper said, I'd start by checking your cowl drains, it might be as simple as leaves under the battery.
