Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

I have a pretty solid cleaning regiment for them, but I'm specifically looking to protect and extend the life of the seats once they're clean.

We have one in Australia called 'Jay El' which is recommended for boots, saddles, seats, and so on.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Hey all, curious what you all recommend to keep up the quality and suppleness of the leather seats. Mine are luckily in pretty solid condition, but I can see the wear starting to build into the dreaded side bolster on the driver's side. I really want to avoid these cracking and drying. So would love to hear what everyone's using as a proactive measure to treat them.
I've looked at Lexol, Maguire's Gold Class and Leatherique. I have a pretty solid cleaning regiment for them, but I'm specifically looking to protect and extend the life of the seats once they're clean.
Leatherique is very good as mentioned. Friends have done it on BMW seats. Just be careful with getting the product on trim. It is definitely a process and is easier if you take the seats out of the car.
I had some friends that used to use Zaino too, which is great, but I've converted most of them over to using Swissvax conditioner. Many of them still use Zaino cleaner, or another type of cleaner. The Swissvax cleaner is a bit strong, even the mild version.
my friend had it remove some dye from his arm rest. I used colourlock cleaner and it removed some of the dye from my seat.
Some of the Swissvax leather products are made by colourlock, not certain about the cleaner. But wanted to make you aware.
you can always test it on an inconspicuous area to confirm it wont cause any issues.
Im using Gyeon cleaner now and Swissvax conditioner.
Ive also had great luck with Carpro Leather coating, specifically for daily drivers. Helps with dye transfer.
I just had the foam in the drivers seat bolsters of my 98 Carrera replaced. The leather was saggy, and pretty dry. Once it was back, i was advised to use a beeswax based leather cream. We have one in Australia called 'Jay El' which is recommended for boots, saddles, seats, and so on. I have done the treatment about four times and each time the cream is absorbed into the leather. Leather is luscious and soft, and genuinely looks like it's 2 weeks old (not 6 yrs old). Highly recommend a bees wax based treatment.
