I've been thinking that it might be "fun" to fab some exhaust bits for my 996 C2 (narrow body), and wondering if folks here have any recommendations on muffler makes/models that fit and sound nice. Just to be extra clear, I'm talking about fabricating the tubing going into and out-of an off-the-shelf muffler; but I'm not sure which muffler to pick. Any ideas? If it ends up sounding like a Fabspeed or Tubi I'll be happy. Thanks!

Here is the one I would like to try when i get some time, made by Magnaflow 14210 has 2.5 inlet and outlet on the same side, place it in the same place as the OEM muffler. Amazon Amazon

Thanks guys! The Burns Stainless mufflers do look nice, and would lend themselves to an After Hours style design (possibly with a resonator as well.) The Magnaflow is an interesting option for keeping the price down.
