Spending 10 days in SoCal over the next two weeks and would love to have a pint with a few RL brethren if star align.
I will probably stay at Paradise Point so beers at the bar there.
PM if interested and we can get an email chain going.
I will be in town then, just not sure if the wife is going to be real thrilled about going out for beers with the guys on the 2nd full day of vacation.
Well looks like we'll be there a week too early. In town Sunday/Monday this weekend and start driving up the coast back to Vancouver via the wiggliest roads we can find.
Overrated IMO, but what do I know. San Diego has a crap ton of good places to eat. Here's a few near where your staying.
For burgers - hodads in OB or Rocky's (my favorite, just the quintessential burger and fries done right) in crown point. Also can't beat the lunch special.
Fish taco's - south beach in OB or oscar's in pb.
Good places to eat and watch the sunset - world famous or amplified ale works in pb.
I hope to be there. Depends on what time I get back from the desert
Not sure if I will have the Boxster or the Targa
Also, there is a guy I met from New Zealand on 986forum that is visiting this week. Ok if I invite him?

Kromdom, there's a parking lot for vacant supermarket on Oceanside Blvd. immediately east of the 5 Freeway. That would be an easy place to find each other. I'll PM you my cell phone number. Now, if I can just figure out how to transport the phone. Where should I put it?
Every time I get back to San Diego, I remember what an absolutely gorgeous city this is. Sorry every other city in the world, you're playing for 2nd place.
