They are probably the knock-off/replica wheels, but if they are the real OEM narrow body wheels and you don't like them I will give you $1K for them ..

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

8 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

This 996 came with turbo look wheels but now it has these. Looks like something off a Cayenne or Macan. What are they???

POST 2Original post

I think they are 997 turbo wheels. I have the same. Are yours 18s? They sold me on buying my car. I do not care for the 996 turbo wheels.

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Found it: 2007-2013 Porsche 911 19" 2013 Porsche 911 OEM Wheels & Rims at OriginalWheels.com

POST 4 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

They're on a 2003 996 I'm considering. 19" I've read it's best to stick to 18" on a 996 for best handling. I don't like the turbo or turbo look wheels either. I'd be fine with the Carrera 18" 5 spokes.

POST 5Original post

They look like 18" replicas of the 997 turbo 19" forged wheel. I believe Mille Miglia made the/a replica wheel.

POST 6Original post

They are for sure the "Fuchs 997 Turbo Style" wheels that came OEM on 997 Turbo. They also made that style in a Carrera offset for the narrow body cars 08+ 997.. ( check for Porsche part numbers on the backside). They are probably the knock-off/replica wheels, but if they are the real OEM narrow body wheels and you don't like them I will give you $1K for them ..

POST 7 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I thought you were putting me on, Fuchs made these??? Found this sample photo elsewhere on rennlist. I haven't bought the car yet but the dealer sales rep reports they are the 18" replica wheels and they are pretty beat up.

Yep, Fuchs made/designed those ... I have a set of the OEM Fuchs 997 Turbo style for the 08+ 997 Carrera on my 1999 Carrera. They are my favorite OEM Porsche Wheel of all time ... I also have a set of them in 08+ Boxster/Cayman width/offsets .... and a set of the knock-offs that I use for everyday Daily driving that get beat up here in Bama ....lol
