This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Were currently working on a very special project for my close friends 996 Turbo, a full GT1 replica wheel build. This one is particularly exciting because the GT1 wheel is one of the most iconic and coveted Porsche designs, and our goal here is to reproduce it as faithfully as possible while still making it compatible with a modern application (the 5-lug). The set were building is an exact reproduction of the original GT1 wheels, down to the smallest details, while also incorporating practical updates for street and track use. One of the standout features is the faux centerlock cover weve developed, which allows a traditional 5-lug car to retain the visual appearance of the original GT1 centerlock setup. Its a detail that makes all the difference in achieving the authentic look while still being fully functional for everyday use. (Reference photo attached for comparison.) Custom requests like this are at the heart of what we do. Every project starts with a vision, whether its replicating a legendary design, creating something one-off, or simply tailoring sizing and finish to match a customers taste. With the right approach, we can accommodate just about anything. Cheers!

POST 2Original post

They look great. One of my 3 favorite wheels for the 996. Curious, but what would a set (18x8.5 F and 11 R) with proper outsets for the 996TT go for? And I am guessing they can be had without the center cap add on?
