Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

7 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • Rennlist: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Came across a gt3 nose locally. thought about putting it on my 9 c2, but was unsure if it was the same. Says its for a 99-04 boxter gt3

POST 2Original post

I think that's a good find but someone else will have to verify. FYI, Getty designs has really nice ones if you want to know what new aftermarket would cost for comparison.

POST 3Original post

That has spots for the signals in the bumper which would make it a 997 bumper. The center area also looks 997-esque to me as well.

POST 4Original post

It looks like the top 1/2 of a 996.1 but bottom 1/2 of the 997 bumper. Kind of like this, except with holes for the 997 signals. http://www.carbodykitstore.com/porsc...p-p-58747.html

They have a 997 version too and it looks exactly like the subject of this thread. So there you go. Not OEM and not for the 9x6.

POST 6Original post

The area for the headlights screams eggs (Looks nine nine six)

Actually had cause to look at the nose of a neighbors 987 this morning and that headlight area matches up perfect for her headlights. Agree it doesn't look right for what I have in my mind's eye for the 997, but it's a dead ringer for the 987.
