I used a PIWIS to diagnose mine, the ground wasn�t connected securely (I had to rewire cruise when I did my transmission swap).

I looked at a You Tube video about repairing one. Looks pretty simple. Wondering if anyone has done this or is there something I should check before I take the unit out? The button moves but the switch in general does not feel like it snaps into any kind of position.

Can I test the switch? Where is the fuse and do I need to buy a new clutch switch to replace to see if it�s not working? there are no lights on the dash regarding the cruise. thank!

Fuse panel is on the lower left side of the drivers side foot box, under the dash. The fuse may be different based on what year car yours is. But could be fuse B7. Check that... Also check to make sure the plunger on the switch isn't pushed in all the way. You can grab it and pull it out to make sure it contacts the pedal.
