Read evidence and context
Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

The IMS solution requires Unicorn fossil fuel that needs to be changed every 3000 miles and as preventive, I change my IMS and water pump every 10000 miles at 60000, I'm planning to rebuild the engine and spend $25000 or more so when is time for me to sell it, I will give my car plus $4000 in cash to the new owner.

After 6 years of ownership and a mere 32k mi, I gave into the hype and replaced my perfectly good IMSB, with a albeit better IMSS.

Maybe we can create the worlds largest junkyard of perfectly good, but used IMSB?
These are separate views of the same evidence. Frequency alone does not establish a fix, and these counts must not be added together.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I was just curious if any of you have derived hope or comfort from the 996 12-step program. While I'm not really a "higher power" kind of guy, a couple of the steps resounded with me:
Step 4: Make a searching and fearless inventory of objects found in the oil sump.
Step 10: Continue to take inventory of aftermarket parts; admit that the headlight covers and stick-on ram air hood scoop were fails.
I confess, I lied and just swapped out my cheap Chinese headers (came with the motor and warped) for a 997.1 set of FVD Tuby Style headers and they feel and sound amazing!
My very expensive desk paper weight sits all alone too.
Maybe we can create the worlds largest junkyard of perfectly good, but used IMSB?
Someone must have a nice farm we can mail them to. He could plant them with the story from each owner.
