Driving in 30F is fun and all but I'm trying my best to figure out what's wrong because before I disconnected the battery everything worked fine.

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

So my cars not blowing any air what so ever. I've had the battery disconnected for two weeks at most as I've been working on the car on and off during this cold weather. Finally got done replacing the oil pan and put some fresh 0w-40 in and decided to take the car for a drive. Come to find out there is no heat or blower at all. Driving in 30F is fun and all but I'm trying my best to figure out what's wrong because before I disconnected the battery everything worked fine. I've checked all the fuses and they were fine, I even replaced them with new ones. I'm also experiencing no auto windows which is normal after reconnecting the battery, but my headlight switch is no longer illuminated. Weird things going on. If anyone has had experience with this please speak up. I'm all out of ideas.
I forgot to add that all of the controls on the climate control unit are functional. I can change the temp and fan speed on there, just nothing is happening.
I don't know the full list of possible faults the switch can cause; but, when multiple seemingly unrelated components go, many have reported that as the solution. GLWS
I'd shelter in place for the moment. There'll be some folks that have had similar issues join in presently. If it works out that replacing the switch is worth a shot, there are recommendations out there of a good aftermarket variety to use.
Are you sure fuse c7 is not blown? That fuse c7 circuit powers the light switch illumination and the heater blower.
If fuse c7 is fine, check if it has +12v supplied to it when the key is turned to the last position before cranking.
Im currently at a friend's house who has all the tools I have as well (993 owner). So I'm trying my best to go over everything right now. but yes, I'm still out of ideas and keep refreshing this for my replies
. Not looking forward to the drive home!
