Recently replaced the wheel bearings in my 2000 C2. Not posting this as a how-to but rather to share that I used the Astro 78825 Kit that I got from FCP Euro to do most of the work and it worked exceptionally well.

Suggestion

Coating the big bolt with wheel bearing grease each use has kept it in good shape for more wheel bearings than I can remember�..

Recently replaced the wheel bearings in my 2000 C2. Not posting this as a how-to but rather to share that I used the Astro 78825 Kit that I got from FCP Euro to do most of the work and it worked exceptionally well. Didn't need to heat up anything. Take care to select the correct size fitting so you are pressing on the proper surface and not on the bearings. Your mileage may vary but it worked for me. the Bearing replacement kit. Got it from FCP Euro. Only issue is that the large screw & nut get pretty beat up. I need to remember to order spares. Pushing the old bearing out. Note, I only used a standard 1/2" wrench for this. I don't think I needed to pull out my breaker bar at all for the bearing replacement. I did, however, to get the big nuts off. Also, no heat either. Kit worked like a champ. Used a two armed puller to get the races off. I had to grind down the arms to get them to fit under the race. Kit cover.
