I have all the parts on hand for replacing my '99's "grill wall"...that black plastic accordion-like "device" that is pulled up when the spoiler is extended.

Relinuca, Check out this very nice Youtube video made by Bobby's Garage, it will walk you through step by step how to disassemble that baffle from the rear spoiler on our car. I bookmarked this link for future reference when I have to replace my ripped baffle or even install a fixed spoiler instead. Cheers, You Tube

The tech guys at Pelican sent me a video that covered removal of external spoiler cover and some related items. It was an interesting video, for sure; but it did not specifically cover replacement of the grill wall. So I proceeded to tear into the project "on my own". FWIW, the only component that must be removed to gain access to the grill wall fasteners is the fan unit. This part is easy...three bolts and the fan was ought of the way, and then I could remove one of the fasteners. The entire job took me 1.5 hours but I could trim that time down to 1 hour (maybe less) on my second try.
