Read evidence and context
Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

true but they look sooooo good cleaned inside and out...

I installed Akebono Euro ceramic pads on the front of my car when it needed rotors and pads.

I thought they just changed the brand but they must have changed the formula too.

thanks az, I use anything that's around the garage and handy when I wipe the car down, even sprayed water sometimes.

Suggestion
I clean my rims completely, inside and out, before venturing outside...although I may have over done it a bit with applying 303 to the tires completing the look...
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I've traditionally used Stoners Speed Bead spray wax in an aerosol can. I spray it on a towel to apply, then buff off after it hazes. It works pretty well and I imagine it probably has similar results to this. I'm anti-Armor All anything, though, so I'm biased.
I was really impressed with the original Armor-All Wheel Protectant; however Oreillys started stocking their new brand "Armor-All Outlast Brake Dust Repellant". This stuff is crap. I thought they just changed the brand but they must have changed the formula too. You can still buy the original Wheel Protectant online but its more expensive.
The Armor-All Quicksilver Wheel & Tire Cleaner is also really good. You spray it on to dry wheels and hose of 5 minutes later. It wont clean the barrels but it will get 95% of the brake dust off your rims.
I installed Akebono Euro ceramic pads on the front of my car when it needed rotors and pads. These things rock.
May as well say zero brake dust.
I used to clean the front wheels every 3 days.
Now its every couple of months or whenever I get around to washing the car.

thanks az, I use anything that's around the garage and handy when I wipe the car down, even sprayed water sometimes. Before I remounted all the rims/tires after the refinish I waxed them heavily helping with the maintenance, I love the fact I can reach every part of the rim from the front...
I must have wheels that look like those!
Did you refinish them or have them done?
Mine need refinishing, I think the PO parked by sense of hearing, amd I'm not sure I should grind down the scrapes myself or pay someone.
Az, I took them off the car and brought tires/rims to a local refinish company here in Tampa, took about a week and they did a fabulous job; about 160 per rim. Unmounted, remounted and balanced... R.
