My black Dash has some scuffs on it from removing the radio surround and I have tried all sorts of potions to fix it, Color Black, wax, silicone, nothing seems to permanently work they just cover up or look good at certain angles. Any Ideas?

I've never used either of these products, but I found them looking up "Dashboard repair kit". If the scuffs aren't deep you probably don't need the filler. If there are deep scuffs or indentations that haven't broken through the vinyl you can carefully heat them out with a heat gun. Low heat and don't leave the gun in one spot or you'll melt/burn the vinyl.
