Read evidence and context
Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.
Discussions that contain suggestions
1
0 original-poster resolution reports. Counts can overlap; they are not unique people or a success rate.
0 discussions have direct query context; 0 report a fix in that context. Other evidence may inherit the discussion’s subject.
Suggestion
Your MAF Sensor informs the computer of the air passing the MAF and the Computer tries to keep the correct reading at 7.2 by adjusting the air or gas accordingly.
Leading evidence: 'Adjust air or gas accordingly' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Adjust air or gas accordingly' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.
Source reports, not a diagnosis or a success probability. Counts refer to discussions and can overlap.

Suggestion
If more air is entering the system that the MAFS does not know about, then the pre and post Oxygen sensors will tell the computer which will adjust the gas accordingly to keep the 7.2 reading.

Suggestion
You cannot adjust the gas yourself without tampering with the whole set up of the system.
These are separate views of the same evidence. Frequency alone does not establish a fix, and these counts must not be added together.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

My idle is at about 800 Rpm and I feel it would be better at 900 as she doesn't feel smooth currently. Is there possibly something underlying or can she be bumped up to 900 without issues ?
With a/c off and a fully warmed up engine, it should idle at ~700rpm, not adjustable. If yours idles at 800, something is not right. It a/c was on, 800 sounds right.
Also check you engine mounts.
Your idle is controlled via your computer. Your MAF Sensor informs the computer of the air passing the MAF and the Computer tries to keep the correct reading at 7.2 by adjusting the air or gas accordingly. The oxygen sensors informs the Computer of the mixture at the pre and post oxygen sensors and does the correct adjustments accordingly. If more air is entering the system that the MAFS does not know about, then the pre and post Oxygen sensors will tell the computer which will adjust the gas accordingly to keep the 7.2 reading. You cannot adjust the gas yourself without tampering with the whole set up of the system. Best left alone. You could keep your AC on lowest manual settings which (as Ashai says) kind of settles off the revs slightly higher around 750 to 800. Even then you may see the revs vary as the computer adjusts the gas, every now and then, to keep the 7.2 correct reading at all times. You could have a very slight air leak in the system after the MAF. Not big enough to cause a CEL but big enough to cause the computer to vary its revs accordingly. Have fun.
What's the health on your clutch?
When was the last time you had your coils/plugs checked or replaced? Its not a difficult job.
From there, depending on mileage- cam actuators, crankshaft position sensors, and the MAF sensor as mentioned previously
