Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Pretty much what the title says. I replaced my faulty ignition switch tonight for the first time on my '99 C2 and dropped the lower screw the holds the ignition switch in place. Spent the last two hours looking for it with no luck. I know I should not have totally removed it but I didn't know how long it was. New ignition switch is in place with just one screw holding it in place. Works much better with the replacement. Think I can just go with one screw? Any idea of a part number for the screw or where I can get one? Thanks for the help!
