Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Hey, Im looking for either a decklid that I can build off of or a complete large wing that will fit the c4s. I inquire about a lot of different wings but none seem to fit the c4s. Any help would be great!! Id like a large, tall wing.
The underside of the deck is different for the intake and fan. Im not sure if the external dimensions r the same? If u can get a hold of getty or mcshaw they would be your best bet. They can build the wide body turbo dek with the none mezger underpanel.
Turbo and C4S use different deck lids, the Turbo one is about 1.5 inches longer. Or, putting it another way, the panel under the rear window is about 1.5" shorter on a Turbo - because it does not have the 3rd brake light.
Did you find one last year? I was in that boat looking for a 3RS style wing (or Cup style) for my C4S and Tony from Precision Porsche was working with me to spec one. He makes good products but I went a different route for a wing. He has fiberglass upright versions, but if you want metal uprights like a Cup car he would make the decklid or insert, and you could source the rest from Demonspeed.
I have an OEM GT3 wing in Seal Grey, if anyone is interested. No deck-lid, just the wing.
It came with a parts lot when we purchased some GT3 seats for my sons 996.1 Aerokit.
$800 plus shipping from Maryland.
Start with a C4S base. The turbo decklid is not the same size. And pick up some used C4S hinges for It, makes the swap quick with 4 screws and a plug if your retaining a fan. I had to recently make a ducktail decklid so final fit is excellent. When you cant find what you want on the market, theres always a way.
