any recommendations for muffler shops in the bay area i can go to that does good welding for a gundo hack? Not interested in the fister exhaust.i am modifying another exhaust. Thanks

I'm not in the Bay area, but I can tell you that this is a job any muffler shop can do. There's no reason to doubt the quality (they weld mufflers all day every day), but any shop will show you a sample of their work.

Why not give Darin a call at Fisters, he is located right in Brentwood, he probably do the Gundo instead the Fister mod for you, it wouldn't be that hard for him. Porsche Aftermarket Parts in CA � FD Motorsports

Glad Darin will take care of you! Wish I was closer to him now. Years ago, he installed a set of his mufflers on old c2 at his shop. Awesome guy and vendor!

The Fister Stage III modification is done completely internally. Virtually all of the stock piping inside the muffler is removed and rebuilt with 304 stainless to Stage III specifications
