Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

5 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • Rennlist: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

1 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

All, I have a set of 993 Turbo wheels that I will be putting on my 996 C2, I shared an image of the wheel in question, it seems the top wheel in the photo has lost its clear coat or something is it worth refinishing or just leave it as is? I tried waxing it and all, did not work. Thoughts?

POST 2Original post

Now is the time to fix it before tires are mounted . Give it a good cleaning followed by a light scuff with a scothbrite pad . Rattle can clear is acceptable . First coat very light then build from there . Three to four coats and done .
