Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

1 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

This might be a good one.... I spend yesterday afternoon taking off the door panels and replacing the door speakers. While removing the passenger door panel, i messed up the two connectors on that side. One is black the other is white. I think i broke the black one but was able to jam it back into place. After completing the project, my passenger door doesn't register as closed, when it's closed. The interior lights stay on and the window acts like the door is open (it doesn't go all the way up, short by a quarter inch, like how it moves down when opening the door). I'm assuming i broke the black connector and need to replace it. When i lock the car doors with the key, the window goes up and interior lights go off. Unfortunately, when i'm driving the door registers as open and the window stays partially down (unsealed) and the interior lights stay on. Does this logic ring true and if so, is this the right part? https://www.pelicanparts.com/More_In...6-00-M100&fc=Y any help is appreciated
