Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

0 original-poster resolution reports. Counts can overlap; they are not unique people or a success rate.
0 discussions have direct query context; 0 report a fix in that context. Other evidence may inherit the discussion’s subject.
Suggestion
Would have voted PS4, but this question definitely, definitely, depends on your use case.
Leading evidence: 'Use case' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Use case' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.
Source reports, not a diagnosis or a success probability. Counts refer to discussions and can overlap.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I know the right answer for a 911 is ultra high performance summers, in most minds. I'm wondering tho, so let me ask the collective hive mind.
What about all season? Grand touring? Any takers? Sacrilege on a 911?
As an owner of numerous sets of rims for my 911 by far the A/S 4 worked the best for all year round driving with very little draw back in comparison
if I hpe the car ps2 are great compromise
but from now on it’s only going to be A/S4
Would have voted PS4, but this question definitely, definitely, depends on your use case.
I only drive mine on weekends, when it's not cold, and rarely in the rain.
If you use it as an all-year daily, you obviously want All Seasons. Or, do you have a second set of wheels? Then go separate summer/winter sets.
The tyresreviews guy, YouTube channel agrees with you. He just tested the Pilot Sport 4s, the ps4 AS, the cross climate, and the dedicated winter tires and he said if the ps4s is a 10, the ps4 AS is a 9.5. your not giving up much w the all season. Ive only 1 set of rims. The decision for me is between a grand touring or a ultra perf AS. I have 2016 date code PS 3+ AS on the car with plenty of tread and the rubber feels sticky new, there's no sign of aging. I'm impressed. There's no way to now how many miles the tires have, or when they were installed, but I'm impressed. I wonder if off brand or bargain tires could do the same. Unlikely. Tires are def one place where saving 200, or less, makes no sense, unless you're buying the tires for someone else. Haha.
If youre doing any track time, the all seasons might be fun to fool around with, but they dont perform as far as lap times go. There are quite a few turns on the track you should be able to take at a much higher speed with better tires that you just cant with all seasons.
The main reason I dont have two sets, one summer only and one winter only is the wheel choice problem. Crappy wheels will not be going on my car, but I also dont feel like dropping thousands on better wheels. If I could find some stock 996 wheels in great condition, then Id go two sets.
