Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Suggestion
With your beautiful wheel set up you don’t need spacers and you’d need to roll the rears if you run stock camber.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Hi, everyone. My C2 sits a little too high for my taste (see photos for proof) but I don't want to lower it drastically. That has me thinking about the M030 springs, however it's hard to visualize what a 10mm/20mm drop looks like. If anyone can share photos of their own 996 on the M030 springs, I'd appreciate it. Thanks.
You didn't mention, but I assume you mean ROW M030 and not US M030. I will have to dig a little for 'before' pics but here's a pic of 'after' ROW M030 springs on my '99 C1.
I had US standard suspension on the targa and went with RoW M030. Here is a before pic. Not great, but it's what I have.
You can also go to the Bring a Trailer auction where I got the car.

Here are "after" pics. The first one was taken immediately after the suspension refresh was done.
That's from CSR Automotive in Germany. Their stuff skews a little 2Fast 2Furious, but that lip was precisely what I was looking for.

They're not the best photos, but sure, here you go. I went with the struktuiert finish to match the little spats ahead of the rear wheels, and as a nod to the G-Series' black air dams.
Looks great. Been thinking of adding a lip but never seen one on a 996.1 C2. Mine still has the stock suspension. Will be upgrading over the winter so curious to see what you end up with.
Decided to go with Bilstein B8s / H&R springs instead of ROW M030 springs.
ROW didnt quite have the lowering that I was looking for.
My 99 was equipped with the US spec M030 suspension. So it already had the thicker front and rear sway bars.
Also installed 15mm spacers

You know, I really like how that sits. But I'm not sure I have clearance with my wheel and tire setup: 18x8.5 with 245/35-18 up front, 18x11 with 295/30-18 in back. They're very square-shouldered tires and I imagine I'd have to roll the fenders to keep them from rubbing.
Porsche refers to as a 'Carrera' spoiler. They're still available for $5,000 to $7,500 depending where you buy it and it will still need paint
. Used ones show up once in a while.

OP - I think you’re right about B8s and H&R springs. I ran them on a previous 6.2 and that combo is low. With your beautiful wheel set up you don’t need spacers and you’d need to roll the rears if you run stock camber. US M030 isn’t adequate drop to justify the coin. RoW might just do you proper. Drops the car a smidge and balances the look of the wheel arch. The springs play well with a number of shocks/struts.
Yeah, I'd say that's what it's shaping up to be. I mean, I live in the city and the roads are all bombed outtoo low and the ride will turn my pelvis to dust. Plus I don't want to get into rolling fenders. As an old boss used to say, that's a long way for a ham sandwich. RoW M030, and if it's not enough I can always revisit.
Thanks, everyone!
