Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Just hoping I can put a list together of things to check/eliminate to minimize their troubleshooting.
Leading evidence: 'Check /eliminate' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Check /eliminate' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.

Check the battery, the igintion switch seems to be the culprit for many issues as well.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Random electrical gremlins have onset all at the same time.
I picked my car up from the shop after having X Pipe and SprintBooster installed. Rolled the windows down, drove it home, all worked fine. Windows rolled back up when I got home, overhead lights came on when I opened the door to get out, all normal. Sat in the garage the next day. The next time I drove it, less than 48 hours after getting it back home, all of the following:
windows won't roll down (though they DO drop when the door opens)
sunroof won't open
overhead lights do not turn on
door locks not working from switches inside the car
The key fob worked maybe 1/30 times I hit the button when I first got the car, so I've been manually locking it with the key for over a year now. At the onset of the above gremlins, the car now beeps twice when I lock it with the key. It has never done that before - it was always only one beep.
Is it possibly something to do with the key fob on the key? For instance, did it accidentally get pressed and held while inside or outside the car, while I didn't realize (in my pocket maybe), and has locked all of that into some sort of mode? I was still able to pop the frunk that next day I drove it - put some pumpkins in there to carry back to the house. So, that didn't get locked. Radio works. Headlights work. Dash lights work.
Damn I just remembered the soft panel that covers up the electrical under the passenger side dash was down and sitting on the floorboard when I picked the car up. That next morning I drove the car, referenced in OP, I pulled it out of the garage and immediately went over there and shoved the panel back up there so my wife could get in the passenger seat. I wonder if I dislodged or disconnected something electrical up under there when I did that? The car is back at the shop now and they are trying to find the source. Just hoping I can put a list together of things to check/eliminate to minimize their troubleshooting.
There are several things it could be so eliminate the low hanging fruit first. Check the battery, the igintion switch seems to be the culprit for many issues as well. Why would the panel off on the passenger side if they were installing an exhaust? No need to do that!
No, they didn't take the panel off. It fell down while I had it. I just hadn't put it back up yet. I figured they'd see it and put it back up there for me correctly while they had it for the exhaust, but alas they didn't.
