No, but I used the Meguiars Plastic-X polish and that appears to be a similar consistency....

I am wondering with some effort if I can change the outter lens that is bad?

Kyle the headlights can be baked at about 250 in the oven for 10 minutes and the outter lens will come off - I tried for 6 months to locate a new inner lens for a perfect set I found and never came up with anything.

Mine are cloudy and no extent of wet sanding and polishing seems to do anything.

No it's on the outside. By wet sanding and polishing, I have made them 50% better, but I think the PO did the same and went through the top layer of the plastic and nothing will fix them now.
Wets sanded with
1000
1500
2000
2500
and the polished with Meguiar Scratch-X on a drill.
I am convinced that there is something wrong with the lenses due to PO activities....
If the only trouble is exterior scratches - SOMEONE can fix them.
Looks like the sandpaper is causing the issue - each finer grain has to remove all of the previous papers marks. 2500 might not be fine enough too - PM me your address and I will send you a piece of really fine stuff you can try

I'm going to have to replace mine soon as weel for a different reason. Both have burn spots on the lense and it's not pretty. I had someone look at the possibility up buffing them up but he said the issue is in the sealed part of the headlight. I've seen minor issues like this with boxters and 11's but don't know what I can do about it other then replace them.
Mine have nice outters but My lenses are burnt.. I am wondering with some effort if I can change the outter lens that is bad? I will have to pull one of mine and see how they are assembled

If you have donor parts it can be done
there are guys that paint the inner surfaces and it looks freeking SICK when done right!!! (thats how i found out how to open them)
