I have wondered this same thing myself. Here are two links to a site I stumbled on that lists what are supposed to be the specs on PSS10's, these are for a Turbo and a C4, seems that the springs are the same, but the rear dampers (shocks) are slightly different. I think the Turbos are stiffer for the heavier car. I was surprised that the rear springs were not also stronger. The mounting for the fronts is the same for C4's and Turbos as both have 4WD. I had also compared the C2 and C4 specs as I was offered a set of the C2 PSS10 at a discount. But I believe that the front mounts for a C2 and C4 are different. Hope this might help. It would seem that as the shocks are adjustable you could make up the difference unless you wanted the softest setting.
