Read evidence and context
Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

The only time I used RS14 was for my rears on the RSA but never tried them for fronts.
Leading evidence: 'Use rs14 was' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Replace /watching the rotors all weekend' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.

But, it's still a great value if you put the #'s to work, 2.5+ times the life, end the hastle of changing/watching the rotors all weekend..

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Check out these rotors..!
2+ times the life of the factory cross drilled rotors, better performance.
We have tested them in race conditions for the last 6 months and have outlasted the factory ones and way better performance. We recomend Pagid Black RS-14 pads for track use.
Introductory price of $395 per set for the front.
Rick,
I think I speak for many of us (esp those of us who track quite a bit) that it's nice to see a quality slotted alternative on the market. However I wish the prices were just a touch more competative. The price you quoted Ray for the Boxster set is right in line with what the OEM rotors cost for that car, on the GT3's you're cheaper than the OEM rotors, yet the price for the standard 996 is nearly twice of the OEM rotors?
Andy
Hi Andy,
Thanks for letting me know...
I wish I could make the 996/997 Boxster rotors more competetivly priced, but fact is the stock ones are sooo inexpensive compared to the GT3 and Boxster standard rotors that the value get's tougher to handle. But, it's still a great value if you put the #'s to work, 2.5+ times the life, end the hastle of changing/watching the rotors all weekend..
If the demand is going to be there, I can produce more at 1 time and probably lower the end cost around $45 or so..but let's see how much demand there is..
Rick
Rick,
Do these make any noise when driving? Also is there any benefit to not extending the slots all the way to the edge of the rotor like some of the other manuf do?
Thanks,
-Paul
I would be very interested in a set of fronts if they are ok for a car that is a DD and is going to track occasionally. If so, I too would like to know what street pad would be recommended.
Hi Guys,
Sorry, no turbo/C4S rotors yet...
These rotors are as good as stock for the street, look great and will last much longer....
I've had good luck with the Pagid Blue for the street...
Funny. but after 34 years of driving, I FINALLY get a car with rotors that have cool cast cooling holes front & rear (Porsche rotors are not drilled..the holes are cast in, and then machined, stronger that way), a look I've always loved, and nowI'm told that they are not as good as the slotted ones....I'll keep my Porsche ones, but thanks for the info!
Bringing this topic back up because I forgot I wanted to get these rotors since I decided against the PFC rotors. However, I just ordered stock pads and was wondering if they would work, or should I send them back and buy the Pagid blue? (Aren't they the same, kinda
) Thanks again!
