Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

18 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • Rennlist: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

Generation: 20261026T144035Z · outcome-qualification-6. Deterministic extraction; no AI model inference. How we use sources

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I got to, you know, do what Porsches do best yesterday. It was a cold overcast day, but I had a blast. I continue to be impressed with the 996 platform.

POST 2Original post

Totally agree about what P-cars do best! Can I ask what tool did you install in your car to capture the telemetry in that videa? That's freaking cool!

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I use Traqmate. It works quite well. In my usual track weapon, I have it set up to record RPM (and other stuff, too) - but you have to tie it into the DME for that. I have seen other systems where the data logging can be through the OBD2 port, but I haven't seen that for Traqmate.

POST 4Original post

Very nice video - great driving and thanks for sharing!

POST 6Original post

That was neat. I'd love to see that data when we do canyon runs out here............ Thanks for the post!

POST 8Original post

Was that DE? How is the camera attached so it passes safety inspection?

POST 9Original post

Nice vid! Your car was doing 78rpm the entire time.

Yes, it was a DE - instructors get a way with a lot. (And it was a suction cup mount - far more stable than I expected.) Lots of torque.

POST 11Original post

?? you have 144k miles on your car ???? OH MAN ! nice vid... really 144k ??

POST 12 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Yep, as of this morning, the odometer is 144,423 miles. But, the car got a new engine at 105k.

POST 14 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

A little over 2 years and 20k miles.

POST 15Original post

Van as always you are impressive with your skills... It was a shame that Luda & I could not join you at LRP for this event. But, after the VIR Trip we were all wiped out. I look forward to next season following you around the PCA club circuit. Also, thanks for all your help this past year.

POST 16 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Here's another video - I'm following another 996 for a while:

POST 17Original post

Another great video. That was John you were following? He was in the car with me at LRP in 08 when my trailing control arm broke on No Name. Fantastic Guy always willing to help.

POST 18 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Yep - John Schnabel of CVR. (Running a MK2 and MPSCs)
