I did my exhaust while the radiator and tires were replaced...lose it in all the other expenses right?
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I've been saving my lunch monies to do mods on my pCar. Most recently, I've been listening to the beautiful sound of the exhaust mods on youtube and counting my spare c-notes.
A while back, I picked up a lucrative moonlighting job reviewing unpublished technical manuscripts. Last week, the publisher sent me a new manuscript and offered to pay 3x the normal fee (sweet) to get it in by his deadline. Got it in today, so I'm home free on this one and a couple more (possibly the smartTop for my cab).
Now, just have to decide which exhaust mod to do, Stage I or II and whether to do the install myself or have the local indy do it. I've got a few weeks to decide. Wife will be gone early March for a week or two, so I'll pull the trigger on it then.
Me thinks, she'll never notice.
Her: Was the car always that loud?
Me: Of course, dear, its a Porsche.
Her: oh... what is all that grease on your hands.
I may have to put lipstick on my collar to create a diversion...
you get paid to read? Damn...I hope I get a check from Rennlist.com

WRONG!!!
She asked me five times...what did you do to the car...it's louder...
me: "uhhhh, nothing...it was like a month since you last heard it....it has always sounded like this."
So far, so good...and if any of you guys tell her....
Cannon, thanks for validation of my strategy.
I've been thinking of alternatives. I could say "yeah, I noticed that too. I think it might be the cat going bad...it probably needs more cells... And oh, BTW, while its in, I may have them look at the shocks. I hear they've had problems with the touring suspension... might need the RoW30 fix.." It's all coming together...
