Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

I love to do burnouts and redline it every time I change gears.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Man, I love my 996. I love to do donuts in the snow or on dry pavement. I love to do burnouts and redline it every time I change gears. I like to do e-brakes and powerslides. I love it when it's clean and when it's dirty. Yes I know that someday I'll blow it up or rip out the clutch, but dammit I'll just go back to work and work harder and pay the piper so I can rip it up some more.
PS: Way to go Ahmet! I'll bet your car smelled great after those snow donuts!
I did a dry pavement burnout slide today myself... I was trying to listen to the exhaust next to a vacant building and there was noboday around so I had a spot of fun......all I could hear are those damn noisy SUMI's but it was still fun!!
Yippy - I love my car too -
Hah thanks. They are meant to be driven, and are great fun to drive hard. I always think it's a shame that so many people buy these cars, and never feel the full acceleration, deceleration and cornering potential they have. If it wasn't for track events, I probably would own these cars.
I will say this though, I never dump the clutch. I do drive plenty hard and rather sideways often, but don't initiate slides with the ebrake or the like, nor have any wheelspin/slides across broken pavement, just my preferences. If you stay within certain boundaries, it should treat you well for a very long time to come. I've had Porsches and BMWs (some track cars at that) with over 200,000k miles that were both very reliable and still fast enough to finish first in class!
yup.... there are ways to do this w/o causing issues....
ABUSE is not tolerated !
today I was 2/3's thru my turn around, smooth surface, when I realized there was a nice opportunity for a little burn and tail slide.... then right back off and keep it cool....
If you log a code don't expect sympathy from dealers when it comes to repairs. Drive it fast on appropriate venues but don't beat the shirt out of it if you want it to last.
(I am entitled to my opinion even if I am too conservative).
