Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. This is not a probability of success.

Also, if the Denison doesn't come with it, is all that is needed to use the aux input is a cable with audio rca's on one end and the headphone jack plug on the other?

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

8 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Trying to figure out if the Denison Gateway 500 will let me setup the following to a CDR-23. *An ipod (ipod input) *A portable in-car sat radio (aux input) Also, if the Denison doesn't come with it, is all that is needed to use the aux input is a cable with audio rca's on one end and the headphone jack plug on the other? TIA!

POST 2Original post

Hold on.... this from the guy with NO INTERIOR???

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Not for the race car silly. For the new daily driver! Don't make me put you back in timeout!!!

POST 4Original post

OK - seemed a bit odd, Had me wondering what song you planned on listening too while whipping a$$ around the track...... OK - I know..... back in the box - right

Dell, PM Eric (Bumperplugs), he will know. Edit: Never mind... just saw that you posted this on the 997 Forum also.

POST 7Original post

yes, you can have both and switch between the type of input. I have the aux RCA input, the USB flash drive and the iphone/ipod dock connector. BUT, I will say that w/ the CDR23, it's probably easier to crack the NSA Encryption code than figuring out what the hell the Dension is doing especially with the flash drive since the UI makes zero sense. I'm a bit frustrated with it but it's better than nothing.

POST 8 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I'll probably pass on the USB drive and stick to ipod and sat radio. Less complicated the better And, yes Tim, I like to listen to music while I whoop it up on track......coincidence???
