Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I recently got my clutch line repaired and have had the following issue since. The actual clutch engages normally, but the pedal seems to get stuck after the engagement point. Sometimes it pops up, but sometimes I actually have to put my foot behind it and pop it out. Any ideas? Again, it didn't start until I had the clutch line repaired. I'm bringing the car back to the indy that did the work, but wanted some ideas from board in advance. Thanks.

POST 4Original post

Well I can think of a couple of things that this could be. If your clutch was bleed, perhaps the shop forgot to completely tighten the bleeder bolt? Strange I know but it happens. The other thought would be the slave cylinder or master might need to be rebuilt. I can not tell you how often I have had to do this in the past right after having a clutch replaced. Just a couple of thoughts to consider, I hope that this helps... Erik Johnson GBox Performance Transaxles [phone removed] work [phone removed] cell

POST 5 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Quick follow-up. Turned out the problem was a very small leak where the middle piece of the clutch line joins the back part. Presumably air entered where the fluid was able to come out. Buttoned up tight and clutch now feels fine. Props to Jim Burton and the guys at Eurowerks.
