Read evidence and context
Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

If not, maybe a new hood was done, or the original had to be repaired there and the stickers were removed for painting.

GL with your test drive, the interior is eye catching.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

yah the dealer says there is an accident reported on carfax (emailing it to me now).
If I am willing to drive 2 hours to look at the car he says he will have a PPI done at his expense. They
have
a porsche mech on site he says.
*front and rear damage* he said they put the paint meter and its showing a bit high on the front bumper.
sound like a walk?
I would say go look at it. Why not? It is a very nice looking car from the pictures. That interior alone is DYNAMIC.
The front bumper getting a respray from time to time is no big deal. I do it on mine every couple years. The back bumper bothers me a tiny bit because it means the car could have been the creme in the Oreo cookie accident. Look to see how much overspray is in the nooks and crannies around the edges of the engine cover and that will tell you something about how much bodywork had to be done in that area. Same applies to the trunk area. Open the hood and engine cover and look in the valley that holds the rubber seal up front. Same valley in the rear for the engine compartment. Hard to buff out paint in those areas and they often collect "evidence". Look at the option sticker under the front of the trunk lid. Is it even there? If not, maybe a new hood was done, or the original had to be repaired there and the stickers were removed for painting.
