Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Used pcar that set my mind at ease, my dad was rather smart he bought us a go-cart at an early age then dirt bikes and by the time we were old enough to drive we had experience in taking care of our crap.

My friends that race on Grand Am's Cup Series run 17's.

Yes, 19's look better but the narrow body 996's was not engineered to run 19's.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

this is my 1999 carrera i got it for christmas... It now has black techarts, fabspeed exaust, 5% tint, mrk ll gt3 wing, gt3r front bumper, aero kit sideskirts, aftermarket suspension, 2 jl subs, and a eclpise cd player...all the pictures of it modified are to big
what suspension do you have? just saying cause the car looks pretty high. otherwise, looks nice... I'm surprised you got all those mods without getting clears first!
any more pics of the front bumper?
The xenon headlights and clear tail lights are next. I just spent all my money on new pss9 suspension, a body kit, techarts, eclipse cd player, alpine spx speakers, and JL audio subs. I just got the car done 4 days ago. So Dharn55 i agree, but give me a break i just spent a lot of money. Plus im just 21 and still paying for college.
Not to be rude but I think it looked better in the 1st picture with the 997 rims. Did you sell those or do you still have them? Those were the 19's right/
You got a 996 for Christmas? Christ.
I have to say, I'm not a fan of what you've done to that car, but I've been accused of being conservative in taste - to me the perfect car is one that has been modified so tastefully it looks like it's factory, it just looks like the factory did a helluva good job. The front bumper puts me off, I really dislike the "holes" in the side, and I like the lobster forks, go back to them!
But that being said, be good to her and she'll be good to you - don't forget to respect the power and remember the golden rule,
"never let off the throttle abruptly when you're turning hard!"
front bumper looks like an entirely different colour, and like it was a rough sand with paint spray bombed on it - again though may be ****ty pic quality
unless you're doing donuts and want to learn about the car... controlled you know, blah blah - sometimes it's worth playing with a car in a parking lot for a little bit to learn it's unique attitude
Let me clarify a bit. This post was intially posted by my 12 year old son, Connor. The car belongs to his 21 year old brother, Clint.
The photo quality is terrible. The upgrades on the car do look much better and I am Porsche purist. The angle doesn't truly reflect how the stance of the car. We installed PSS9's along with 18' Techarts. Yes, 19's look better but the narrow body 996's was not engineered to run 19's.
My friends that race on Grand Am's Cup Series run 17's. The 18's are the best comprimise for the street. The GT3 Wing (Thanks Larry Herman) and GT3R Front Spoiler are Clint's choice and again, it looks better than the pictures.
We are a Porsche fanatic family. I have been fortunate to own some great Porsche's; race some great cars and now my son's are passionate as well.
Some Rennlister's like modifications, and that's where some of Clint's ideas came from by his research along with Connor's in getting feedback from fellow Rennlisters.
We will post new photos when the weather warms up and you can appreciate the difference. Again, thanks to the responses we've gotten on previous posts as we have had a blast on our "Family Project".
Dell:
Thanks for the response. You actually responded to a posting earlier this year in which someone was debating with Clint on modifications. We appreciate your response. I am a lucky guy. I've got two great son's and we share our passion for cars with Porsche being the #1 mark.
I just hope I am fortunate enough to have sons of my own one day that love the brand as much as I (and wife) do. I would even buy them their first P-Car!
If they can prove at 16 (or whatever age is required for a DL) then I would definitely consider getting them a P-Car for their first car. Obviously not a new one, but one they could still love

Hey Mother,
Can you give me details of just how I can get my 4 year old son to get some of that "experience in taking care of our crap"?? I sometimes think he should be working for Consumer Reports drop-kick testing products, he sure is a natural for that!
Cheers.
you know what..P's are not very photo genic.....I know the car looks much better when you actually see it.....everybody has their own taste...and I feel most of you are coming down hard on this guy.
The car looks great and he is working on the other mods....it takes time and money...
