BTW, were you able to get the Porsche Configurator to run on your Mac?
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I want to put some side skirts on my '04 996 C2. I know that the Aero I skirts were originally designed for '99 - '01 and the Aero II skirts were for '02 - '04. However, I prefer the round, less chiseled look of the Aero I skirts. Will the Aero I skirts fit on my '04 without having to be modified?
Thanks!
They will fit on, but they dont look as good on the facelift cars as they do on the pre 02.Hey its your car tho...do what you like its just what alot of people say, I like both

Dell - What can I say except that I'm secure enough in my manhood to call them side skirts rather than rocker panels!
Beside that, when I do have my skirt on, you'll neven know if it is with or without panties!
BTW, were you able to get the Porsche Configurator to run on your Mac?
Oh Tim.....TMI!
As for the configurator...NADA, ZERO, SQUAT! I was able to do it at my office at UNLV but not at home. However, there was no option to look inside at the interior. Is there such a thing?
Dell - Yes, you can navigate through the entire interior, look up or down from any angle. You can see almost every square inch of the front part of the cabin, including looking back twoard the back seat. That is what the "Shackwave" software allows you to do. If Shockwave is loaded, it automatically takes you to the interior view when you select your interion color and the interior options. Try this link to the Porsche site and then click on the

Spikes - Sorry I missed your question the tirst time I read your post. There are generics, but most of them are more expensive than the OEM. Brandywine Porsche in PA has them listed for $685 in Excellence magazine. They retail at around $850-ish. (don't recall exact retail).
I paid $525 for mine from Brandyewine. You just hacve to be patient to get those prices. Grab them when they are on sale. Check eBay and Excellenve which is where they do most all of the advertising.
FYI.... the retail on them is $886.89
Another place to try is Sunset Porsche in Oregon. They sell at dealer cost +15%. There is a link for parts request prices over on Renntech.org where they are a board sponsor.
