Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Just brought home my new to me 2002 911 C2...pictures coming. This car has 26,500 miles on it with Pirelli p-zeros. The car also has the Porsche OEM sport suspension, PSE and PSM. The p-zeros have 17,000 miles on them with the fronts about half worn and the rears basically toasted. Not really knowing these cars well (Experience with Healys, MG's Triumps, and Corvettes)this question may be a little stupid but here it goes. While driving the obnoxious L.A. freeways to my home in the northern desert, I found that the car at speeds of approximately 70-85 mph, would start shaking rather traumatically when hitting rough portions of poor freeway. The vibration or shaking could be felt through the steering wheel which would move rapidly back and forth (Wheel Balance?) however this motion would ocillate the steering wheel back and forth approximately an inch to either side! Also, I noticed the passenger seat shaking like crazy most of the trip home. Odd thing about the 80 mile trip home is that when I got off on some decent canyon roads, everything seemed to be normal even at speed. I would like to write this whole experience off to needing a new set of tires, but wondered if any one had any other suggestions? Could there be something going on with the suspension? Bye the way, the car had been pretty much sitting around for nearly 3 months. The vibration can be felt throughout the car when it starts, but will desapate when you change speed. Any and all help appreciated for this neophyte to Porsche Land.

Congrats and welcome to the board!
Couple of suggestions:
1. Use the return (enter) key to create paragraphs. Right now my eyes are killing me!
2. Check out the balance of your wheels. Did you buy it from a dealer? If so, get right back there and have then address all your concerns. If not, and it is still under warranty swing by, get to know your dealer and have them take a "warranty" peek. If it is something that would cost you then you can elect to pay them (good idea to start establishing that relationship) or go to an indpendent.
3. Join Rennlist. This site in a very valuable site for your ownership and the benefits of ownership are paid back in ways you woudl have never thought.
and most importantly, POST THEM PICS!!!!!! This thread is dead without them.
