My headlights outside and inside very very very bad and fog..
I cant not fix. I can try lot.. But now ı want to change my two
headlight.

Firstly what is litronic. And ı dont know my headlihts litronic or not whatever.
I live in Turkey , Antalya. I want to buy one pair of headlight .. sure oem because cheaper... I cant find really..
Pelican parts there is not oem .. So these are so expensive..
Ebay.uk there is some but they dont sell turkey and they are not new.

There are kits for cleaning and polishing the oxidation off the outside.
Are they wet inside, like fog or dew? Or are they burned from the bulb?
The EBay lights look good if you have Litronics.
If you really want new OEM Bi-xenon headlights you are going to spend a lot of money - $5,000 USD or more.
The haze on your headlights may appear to be on the inside, but most likely it is all exterior and can be easily repaired.
Why not try an inexpensive solution first? I have used this kit from 3M on other cars and it worked very well. Follow up the repair with some good plastic polish.

I tried like this your example.. before 6 months ago we try to polish or wax whatever with this machine..
after 15 20 minutes per headlight the engineer say me " if i contunie polish your headlight will damage , or broken etc."
so he make better but only %5 percent..
ı dont know if you say still the 3m makes better. i can use sure..
and if you say yes try once again. i want ask one question.
you know i make polish before.. and if i will make try polish can i damage the headlight...

From the pictures it looks like you tried polishing. You actually need to use fine grit sandpaper to remove a layer from the headlights, creating a smooth, unmarked surface. Then you use even higher grit to polish and eventually finish with polishing compound. The 3M kit has the correct grit sandpapers, polish, and a wheel that attaches to a power drill.
It looks like you have Litronic headlights (HID) because you have headlight washers.
You can buy new headlights from a company like Pelican Parts, but it will be expensive as mentioned above. You might also consider buying a set of used headlights from ebay or from a reseller like Oklahoma Foreign if you aren't able to refinish them to your satisfaction.
While the 3M kit is good, it doesn't start off aggressive enough for badly clouded headlights, probably because as a DIY kit there is more room for screwing things up with heavier abrasives...
As others have mentioned, you need to start off with some more aggressive sandpaper to actually remove the top layer of damaged/clouded plastic before you can polish it down to a clear, smooth finish. Lots of good videos on youtube, here is one I randomly picked.

Also, lots of people suggest putting on some sort of UV protectant after refinishing to help the headlight stay clear longer, though the correct UV sealant can evidently be tricky to find. Automotive paint stores...
