I will look in my porsche parts box and see if the shock mounts are still attached to the original's which I have since replaced with PSS9.

You use the shock mount with the PSS9/10 setups. For the C2 you can get brand new ones at Sunset for less than $70@. The mounts for a C4 are about $125@
