Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

I kow that's a long shot depening upon how many times the car changed ownership.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

6 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Does anyone know what year they stopped putting the paper sticker listing options on the under side of the front hood? Thanks keith

POST 2Original post

none they all have them.... If you dont have yours means your Hood was Repainted...

POST 3Original post

+1, I have this problem..but you should have the options listed in the front page of your owners manual /service log

POST 4Original post

If you have the original manual and warranty booklet there should be a 2nd sticker. I kow that's a long shot depening upon how many times the car changed ownership.

POST 5Original post

Just because it is missing from under he front trunk does not mean the underside of the trunk was painted. The PO could have removed it if he was not a true P Car enthusiast.

POST 6Original post

Could also mean that the hood was actually REPLACED at some point. It would be a rare repaint that needed to do the underside of the hood as well, unless it got badly bent at some point and then repaired. But I would hope that it was just an overly enthusiastic new owner who was entering their first ever Porsche concours and who didn't realize the sticker should stay there.
