Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

How do you know if you need to replace the front control arms? My car has 112K and runs perfect but does feel slightly loose in the front when hitting bumps, etc. Other then the struts, I'm thinking if could be the control arm bushings just wearing out. Thoughts?

Theyll get a little noisy, like a groaning sound.

POST 3Original post

My car wasn't noisy at 100K miles but the front end felt 'floaty' (struts?) and imprecise (bushings?). I did new everything and, well, wow.

POST 6Original post

U probably dont need the inner steering rack links so u can delete those off. They also have a kit for the rear.
