Illuminated means that it is ready for use, no light means no chance to active cruise speed without activating it (pressing in the end of the stalk).

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

7 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • Rennlist: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 4Original post

Took me a while to figure that as well (and I even had the manual) Illuminated means that it is ready for use, no light means no chance to active cruise speed without activating it (pressing in the end of the stalk).

Here's another for those of us in the CAB world....... With your top down you can roll up the rear 1/4 windows ALSO if you press in the switch that the CAB top hook latches into when you press the rear window rollup! Very cool trick so you can have all 4 windows up instead of just the front 2.
