Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

0 original-poster resolution reports. Counts can overlap; they are not unique people or a success rate.
0 discussions have direct query context; 0 report a fix in that context. Other evidence may inherit the discussion’s subject.
Suggestion
Replace the rears with the halogens and see how it changes things.
Leading evidence: 'Replace rears' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Replace rears' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.

I would find that interesting though because I used the same pack of leds for the front and the rear and they all light up.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
12 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

Hello all, I just switched out all of my exterior lights from halogen to led, and ran into no problems until I did the rear turn signals. When I installed the front turn signals and tested them they worked just fine, but when I installed the rear ones, they stopped working correctly. Whenever I turn on either the left or right turn signal, the light just stays lit and does not flash like its supposed to. When I turn on the hazards, they flash a lot quicker than they normally do. Would this be a problem with the turn signal stalk like Ive seen previous posts on, or would this be a problem with one of the lights I installed?
Its likely to be something with the LEDs you installed.
Replace the rears with the halogens and see how it changes things. Maybe you got a faulty set of bulbs.
If it's a thermal flasher the LED's might not be pulling enough amps to activate it. Is there such a thing as a turn signal flasher for LED's? There must be...
I was messing with a led upgrade on my old bmw and realized that some werent working. I flipped polarity on one and it worked. Had to do it to two others as well.
weird
This is correct. When I upgraded my interior, frunk and license plate lights to LED several years ago, polarity mattered. Put them in one way, no worky. Turn them around and they worked. LED bulbs are polarity sensitive.
Will your turn signals then hyper-flash if your LED bulbs become non-functional?
Also, what happens if you use this relay with a regular, halogen bulb? Will it also hyper-flash?
Not sure how it would behave in these circumstances. Changed front and rear turn signal bulbs at the same time in 2018, and havent had to touch anything since then. Its only been 50K miles of driving though.
