I've done a lot of searching and reading and pricing and think I've finally settled on a package. The parameters are - I won't track the car (except for a DE event or two). I need to keep cost down. And, while I want a drop, I don't want it to be so much that I need to get all of the adjustable bits - but I could be totally wrong about that. At this time, I'm looking at the following and would appreciate some more experienced heads to give it a look and make sure I'm not missing anything. Bilstein B8s front and rear, (though I could go with the M030 shocks too) ROW M030 Front Coil Springs (996 343 531 19) ROW M030 Front Sway Bar (996 343 701 04) 3mm Front Compensation Plate (996 343 511 00) ROW M030 Rear Coil Springs (996 333 531 26) ROW M030 Rear Sway Bar (996 333 701 17) 4 mm Rear Compensation Plate (996 333 511 03) Plus all the other bits needed to refresh it. If money is an issue why use row parts. There r many other good riding springs oit there and with the money u save u can buy new links and arms. Im sure the 20 year old rubber needs to be replaced roo.

New links and arms are also on the list but I didn't mention it as I was more interested if the combo listed made sense and if it would require adjustable plates or arms or if I could align it with stock parts. This seemed like a nice in-between between lowering springs with adjustable plates and arms and coil-overs. My apologies if I wasn't clear on that.

Yup its a good set up. U shouldnt have an issue with the alignment as the row system uses the same links as a c2. Only issue may be the need for a set of adjustable tear toe links, but i think u will be good. Be prepared for replacing all the small parts on the struts like bump stops, bellows and bearings.
