you will might not find that thru normal tire suppliers. Maybe you can try the used market. I sold my complete spare and tool kit for only $150.00. Check the for sale section.

OKPOPS, This question came up some time in the past year. Use the search function to hunt for it. I do not recall the final conclusion, but most of the early responses were similar the ones you have here. Look at the sidewall for the manufacturer and contact them directly. Let us know how it goes. There are others interested in the responses to this since spares for '99's are now 12 years old.

Buy it... It is cheaper then locating a brand new one. These spares do not go bad if they were stored correctly.
