So I'm looking for an OEM trunk lid for my C4S in order to replace the fake turbo lid installed by first owner. I saw several lids here and there, even same year, but saw that some have the insert for the red light bar (sorry for the bad English - I hope you understand what I'm talking about ) and most don't. So, can someone confirm that the 2002 Carrera doesn't have that red bar? Only the C4S ?? Does it mean I can only take a S lid ? thanks for enlighting my poor mind

you can't put a regular Carrera lid (without the red reflector) because the taillights are also different on the 4S. Just get a new or used 4S lid...better looking and better for the value of the car. Only the 4S had the red reflector and that's what makes them a bit more unique IMHO.

OK thanks, it's what I thought. I don't want non OEM body parts on the car. I'm going to ask the garage to put a new lid in place and get it painted and adjusted, then I will sleep on the two ears !
