Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

I don't track the car "YET" and really won't use the heal/toe technique that often.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

9 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Question, Need advice.... Not sure if I should opt for the the race or street version... I don't track the car "YET" and really won't use the heal/toe technique that often. Would the race version be an obstacle for regular driving or could it still be used? Would I still be able to implement the heal/toe technique with the standard pedals? thanks in advaance

POST 2Original post

Just do the street version, works well at the track too.

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

thanks Doc! the bigger fatter pedals on the race version looks kind of cumbersome.. I might gas when I really meant to brake.. :0

POST 4Original post

I put in the regular Rennline pedals in my 996 last Fall and really like them. Saw no real reason to spend the extra dollars for Ruf, but that's just me. I too thought the race version would just be too large for the street. Wish I could post pics, they complement the interior of my car rather well...

POST 5Original post

I've got the race version (figuring that if there was a problem, I could always go back and buy just the street gas pedal). The race version is fine for everyday driving, I haven't encountered a problem yet. If you're not experienced at heel & toeing, the race version gives you more options during DE's.

POST 6 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Too late, I just ordered the street version.. I guess the race version is easier for heal/toe action...

POST 8Original post

Anybody interested on the brake/clutch Rennline pedals? I have a new set that I can sell cheap... PM if interested...

POST 9 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Once again, too late.. just ordered mine yesterday.. Ivan, you don't like them or are you getting something else?
