Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

7 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • Rennlist: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

Anyone know where I might find a 10x18 part number 996-362-140-50 10 spoke wheel. been calling around looking for one and have not had any luck. It is a two piece wheel and I think it came on the car Thanks Brandon

POST 2Original post

try LA Dismantlers or DC auto (new york) is it so bad it can't be repaired? I have heard thet a good repair guy can fix things that look really bad.

POST 3Original post

you might try this: http://www.mobilewheelrepair.com/ they're a franchise operation, so your mileage may vary (pun intended). also you might want to send the wheel to here, they do good work: http://www.weldcraftwheels.com/

POST 4Original post

.02cts: find a replacement. LA Dismantlers is good. Talk to them on the phone before you buy anything and tell them exactly what you want and get them to tell you exactly what they are sending you and better yet: get them to email you a photo of the item you are getting. Wheel Enhancement is good but $'s - their stuff is top of the line though. You pay what you get for- voice of experience.

POST 5Original post

yes, phone convo is advised, I had a great experience with DC - quick, cheap and the part I got was like new.

POST 6 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I will give them a try, I tigged myself but I dont have an oven to let it cool slow and it cracked after I hit a big bump in the road. Ruined my tire...ouch Brandon
