I wanted to improve the sound quality in the P-car, but I didn't want to affect the stock look. After reading several posts I decided to call Rod at CAI (great Rennlist sponsor, BTW) and I ordered a pair of custom fiberglass subwoofer enclosures and a small amp. A subsequent review of his website described a 'full setup' so I called him back and ordered a larger amp and a full set of replacement speakers. I decided to do the install myself since unlimited phone support was included in the purchase price. I learned my way around the cab fairly well and I can now remove and install a door panel with considerable ease. The factory speakers were replaced - plug and play for the doors and using factory speaker wires. The dash and rear speakers required modification. Here are pics of the removable subwoofers, holes I had to drill thru the firewall to route power and speaker wires, and the amp installed in the trunk. The quality of the sound exceeds my high expectations - very nice upgrade!
