Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

We'll you can always take the Oem one you have to a body shop and have them remove the bumperette's and fill the holes with another flat piece from the inside of the hole. Then they will fill the rest and sand smooth and paint. Then you will have it for a heck of alot cheaper.

NOBY,
Here is a link to a post Gary (Orient Express) made when he installed his PSE. The pic shows the rear bumper removed and you can see the bumper impact braces (extensions) that are behind the bumperettes. These would have to be removed in order to get a Euro bumper cover to fit.
Behind the Bumperettes
Here is another thread about the Euro rear bumper topic.
Euro Bumper
Hope this helps.
P.S. Search IS your friend!
If you look underneath the bumperette's you will see and hole where to remove them. It takes a allen wrench and just loosen them and lift up and off. You will then see the brackets with are attached to the car in order to hold the bumperette's on. These will need to be removed off the car to be out off the way to fill the holes.
When the bumperette's are removed and the bumper removed there will a hole where the brackets off the car go though and hold the bumperette's on. Once the bumper is off they can apply some flat plastic or urethane square's fron the inside to cover the hole. Then it need to be filled with body filler from the outside to make it flush then sanded smooth. After that it's time to paint and re-attach the bumper and now your euro style. In regards to pictures of what is looks like with the bumper off the car and no bumperette's on, go on ebay motors and look for 996 rear bumpers. You should be able to see how it would work from there. Also if your bumerette's are painted body color you caqn probally sell then for $125 or so, I did. Good luck man. It will also be alot cheaper this way and look the same and also the tag area will still be US standard and not euro standard like the guy mentioned above would not look good.
